Webinars

The HETF webinar series was developed in 2020 during the pandemic as a way for HETF researchers to fulfill a permit condition, requiring HETF researchers to “give back to the community”. The goal of these webinars are to highlight current researchers and their projects and to inform the community of the research is being done in the HETF. We sometimes also get the opportunity to highlight our partners and their amazing work.

From 2020 to present, weʻve had 30 presentations from HETF researchers and partners. Topics vary from the Native Hawaiian ʻŌpeʻapeʻa to Long-term Climate and stream data within the HETF to Bio-Control of Weeds in Laupāhoehoe.
