All persons interested in applying for permission to conduct educational activities in the HETF (such as volunteer work days or day trips) must submit an Educational Activity Permit application to the HETF Resource Administrator. This application must be submitted 30 days prior to the requested date(s). If there are additional information (including photos, activity details, activity agendas, etc.) those may be attached separately and submitted with this form. Each permittee is agreeing to the standards listed on the permit application in addition to be accompanied throughout their activity by a Hawaiʻi State or Forest Service chaperone.
